The Daniels Kids and Tamara B. Rodriguez, first time published authors, will be at the Newark Public Library-5 Washington Street on Saturday, May 27, 2017 from 2:00pm-4:00pm.
The Daniels Kids, all under the age of 12, are from Newark. They will read passages from their book Dolphins Don't Fit in a Fishbowl.
Tamara B. Rodriguez is the author of Hair to the Queen!, an illustrated children's book that empowers adults to discuss cancer with children in a simple, compassionate way.
They are very inspiring and would be great examples for all those aspiring authors or for that matter anyone in our city.
We fought hard to save our libraries, so let's come out to make sure that our libraries continue to exist to provide valuable services and events to our community.
